Kenny that looks awesome! There were 3 bridges that we crossed. That was the only one that was "one lane only". These trails were relatively flat (which I was ok with after some of the other ones we have done!!) but they did have alot of switchbacks and that was fun! We went out for a night ride one night and we actually stopped and shut the ATV off. It was pitch black with nothing but a sky full of stars. Then we realized we were in the middle of nowhere in the dark and we knew there were bears in the vacinity, so.... off we went! And so I'm not just gabbing, here's another pic from the trip. Different bridge, neighbors playing around while we were taking a break!

Baby Whale off Australia
SYDNEY, Australia (AP) -- Australian media say a lost humpback whale calf has bonded with a yacht it seems to think is its mother.
The 1- to 2-month-old calf was first sighted Sunday in waters off north Sydney, and on Monday tried to suckle from a yacht, which it would not leave.
Rescuers towed the yacht out to sea, and the calf finally detached from the boat but still swam nearby, Australian Broadcasting Corp. and Channel 10 television news reported.
The calf appears exhausted but rescuers hope it will continue out to sea and search for its mother or another pod of whales. Watch whale think yacht is its mom ยป
"The outlook is not good, but we are giving the calf its only option. It can't be fed, and in fact we wouldn't know what to feed it" because it is not weaned, National Parks and Wildlife regional manager Chris McIntosh told ABC radio.

Need help printing pics
My boss enjoys my photos and was wondering about taking them to a printer and having them blown up to poster size. I have an Olympus E300 DSLR. I'm not certain what size he can blow them up to without distorting the picture. Any suggestions/help would be GREATLY appreciated! Thanks!

Never unpeel a banana when the Akita is on the premises. Doesn't matter if she is outside across the yard with the door closed, she WILL hear it and WILL be sitting in front of you drooling and begging for banana!

Rubi, how did the 2x sportsman do on those trails? DH & I have noticed its a little harder to maneuver sometimes on tight trails (especially switchbacks).

We have stayed at the KOA in Grainger and Potatoe Creek SP. The KOA is alright. We generally go there once a year as it is close to home and we like to head out to Elkhart in Fall to check out campers. (never know when we will want to trade!) The SP is large and really nice. There is no water hookup (some sites you may be near water), but they do have electric. We went there last year and it was really nice!

We choose Bay's English Muffins in the refrigerated section! A little butter and a few minutes in the toaster oven - and they melt in your mouth!
I was going to respond the same way. Thomas' are terrible. I only buy Bay's.
And to the person who commented about Wendy's. Last time DH and I ate there I commented on how incredibly small the junior bacon cheeseburger was. That was once my favorites! I will probably stop going there as well.

RE: just back from Kamp across from the dunes
We just made reservations for the 18-20. Have never been there but it looked good. We have a Dodge Dually pulling a 35' travel trailer with 2 slides. I think our site is a back up by the pond. Think we will fit????

Suki doesn't mind them as long as she can see them. If she is in the house she's running around barking. If she is outside with us she's got her eyes to the skies and watching them. The only ones that bother her are the whistle ones. And we usually cover her ears for those! :B

Ghost - DH and I have been to the Black Hills and just for a sense of size, isn't the head of crazy horse big enough to fit all 4 heads of Mt. Rushmore in? We were there 4 years ago and I would love to go back.

He's getting so big!!!! What a cutie! Ours does not hold true to the typical Akita reputation, EXCEPT, she hates all things animal. I would love to break her of it but at 6 1/2 I'm not sure she'll see things my way! (she was in the middle of a dog fight 2 against her once and it changed her)
